Online Counselling for Individuals & Couples
Strengthening relationships. Creating understanding. Finding new ways forward.
Relationships can be deeply fulfilling – and at the same time challenging.
Misunderstandings, recurring conflicts, emotional distance or unspoken expectations can slowly strain even strong connections.
In my online counselling sessions, I support individuals and couples in understanding relational dynamics, improving communication and finding constructive ways to deal with conflict, stress and emotional challenges.
When counselling can be helpful
Counselling may support you if you are experiencing…
💔 Repeated arguments or unresolved conflicts
💔 Communication difficulties or feeling misunderstood
💔 Emotional distance, frustration or loss of closeness
💔 Stress that affects your relationship
💔 Relationship crises, transitions or uncertainty
💔 A desire to better understand yourself and your patterns in relationships
You do not need to be in a major crisis to seek support. Many people come to counselling to gain clarity, strengthen their relationships and prevent conflicts from escalating.

Couples Counselling
Every relationship develops its own patterns – especially in times of stress or change. In couples counselling, we explore how you interact with each other, what fuels conflict, and what helps restore connection.
Key focus areas include:
- Improving communication and mutual understanding
- Recognising and changing recurring conflict patterns
- Strengthening emotional safety and trust
- Understanding the impact of stress on your relationship
- Learning how to express needs and boundaries more clearly
The goal is not to assign blame, but to create awareness and open new perspectives for a more conscious and supportive relationship.
-

Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers a space to reflect, slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Common topics include:
- Stress, emotional overwhelm and inner tension
- Relationship patterns and attachment experiences
- Self-worth, insecurity and inner conflicts
- Life transitions, decision-making and personal growth
Sessions are tailored to your needs and provide support in developing greater clarity, emotional resilience and self-understanding.
My approach
My work is based on psychological knowledge and relationship research, combined with an empathetic, respectful and structured counselling style.
I aim to create a safe and trusting environment in which difficult topics can be explored openly – without judgement, pressure or quick solutions. Counselling is a collaborative process that supports awareness, understanding and sustainable change.

About myself
-
In my counseling practice, I embody values of appreciation, openness, and genuine interest in my clients. Throughout life, we inevitably encounter obstacles and difficulties that test our ability to resolve. However, it is within our power to determine whether we allow these challenges to veer us off course or perceive them as transformative stages on our journey.
-
I was born in 1980 and grew up in Krems/Donau (Lower Austria). After graduating from school, my studies in economics led me to Vienna. After a five-year stay abroad in Istanbul, and a few years in Klosterneuburg (Lower Austria), I currently live with my husband and our two children in Bucharest.
I initially stayed true to my studies and worked in marketing and event management for over 15 years. In 2019, I finally decided to follow my heart and started training as a Psychological Counselor at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna. Since 2022 I am working as an independent Psychological Counselor.
My personal journey has been shaped by significant professional and personal transformations, granting me firsthand experience with the challenges that arise in areas such as family, partnership, career, and personal development. Assisting and supporting individuals through periods of change, aiding in major decision-making processes, and providing guidance during challenging times is not just my profession, but also my calling.
